By accessing RxBharat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RxBharat provides practice management, e-prescription, pharmacy, laboratory and telemedicine software for Indian healthcare providers and their patients. It is a software platform, not a medical service — clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating doctor.
Doctors must hold a valid registration with the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council. Pharmacy accounts require a valid drug licence. We may suspend unverified accounts.
E-prescriptions issued through RxBharat carry a cryptographic verification code. Pharmacies must verify the QR/link before dispensing. Prescription validity and dispensing remain governed by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and applicable rules.
Health records are stored in India and aligned with ABDM/NDHM standards. Patients may link their ABHA ID and revoke access at any time.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content. Accounts engaged in fraudulent prescribing will be terminated.
RxBharat is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Odento Infolabs Pvt Ltd is not liable for clinical outcomes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
